Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
